Regge-eikonal model with non-linear monotone parametrization of Regge
trajectoriesis proposed. Asymptotic behaviour in preturbative QCD
region is taken into account. The approach allows to avoid difficulties
arising in models with linear Reggeons and to describe processes of elastic
nucleon-nucleon, pion-proton, kaon-proton scattering and
electroproduction of vector mesons in the framework of this phenomenological
scheme as well. Thus there appears a possibility to connect explicitly the
Regge phenomenology of various diffractive processes with fundamental
resulats obtained in the framework of QCD.
