We aim at 45 min time slots for each talk (30 min + 15 min discussion), and allocate 45 min at the end of each day for general discussion. We will also have two 15 min breaks and one 1 hr 15 min lunch break each day.To accommodate presentations of people located in different time zones from Japan and China to Europe and the USA, we schedule the talks accordingly. In particular, presentations from Japan and China are scheduled in the morning of the Moscow time zone, while presenters from the USA are given evening hours.All presentations are now available online. We thank all speakers for their excellent talks and for making their slides available to the public.
