The 16th International Meeting on the JEM-EUSO project (Japanese Experimental Module for Extreme Universe Space Observatory) took place in Moscow during December 1-5, 2014. Accoring to the sugggestion of the Russian party the participants of the Meeting discussed a new project - association of JEM-EUSO project, which undergoes difficulties with putting into practice, and KLPVE (Russian abbreviation for "Ultra-High Energy Cosmic Rays") onboard one of Russian modules of the International Space Station.

This experiment is intended for the studies of the origin of space particles of the most high energy (near so-called "Greisen-Zatsepin-Kuzmin" cut-off) particles. It will follow "Lomonosov" project, surpassing it with power and efficiency.

In order to put it into practice, efforts of several countries will be necessary. Therefore the participants of the Meeting discussed the possibility for its development in every participating country. Among them are Russia, Japan, Italy, France, Slovakia, Spain, Mexico, Algeria, Poland, Romania.

Besides, it was decided to start the realization of one more International experiment onboard the International Space Station under the authority of MSU - Mini EUSO, directed on the studies of physical phenomena in the upper atmosphere.

Scientists from 10 countries and Russian Space Agency took part in the Meeting. Regarding the results of the Meeting a Joint scientific protocol on the realization of two new projects was endorsed.
