DYNAMICS AND STRUCTURE OF THE FORMATION OF PLASMA MICROCORDS IN THE BARRIER DISCHARGE

An experimental stand "OZONE" has been created to explore dynamics and structure of plasma microcords in the barrier discharge with different form of electrodes and to determine an efficiency of the ozone electrosynthesis depending on the barrier discharge plasma characteristics. Investigations had been carried out with the different barrier discharge devices, which enabled to optimize the barrier discharge sources of strongly non-equilibrant plasma and to develop effective mini-ozonizers and SW UV-radiation generators.
