GENERATION OF UV RADIATION AND ELECTROSYNTHESIS OF OZONE AT

Experimental investigation of the electrical specifications of the barrier discharge with tightly reeled electrodes (at least on of them isolated) have been carried out. Source of non-equilibrant plasma based on the barrier discharge with new electrode structure can be used as compact mini-ozonizer with 5%% ozone concentration in blowing through mode and as the source of SW UV radiation working on nitrogen, inert gases and air.
These sources of UV radiation and ozone are very promising for creation of new UV/ozone technologies and for using them in microelectronics, laser technique, medicine and ecology.
