Double symmetry and infinite-component fields

The present paper is the first step to clarifying possibilities of an
describtion of hadrons with the help of monolocal fields which transform as
proper Lorentz group representations decomposible into an infinite direct sum
of finite-dimentional irreducible representations. In order to select named
class representations and to remove the infinite number of arbitrary constants,
permitted by the relativistic invariance, we require the Lagrangians to be also
invariant under the secondary symmetry transformations produced by the polar
or axial 4-vector representation of the orthochronous Lorentz group.
