Director of D.V. SKobeltsyn Institute of Nuclear Physics MSU Mikhail Panasyuk and NASA representative Edward Simone have signed Russian-American protocol "Radiation safety and risk analysis near the Moon surface". The meeting of the scientists of SINP, Joint Institute of Nuclear Research, Institute of Medical and Biological Problems RAS, IZMIRAN, representatives of Roskosmos, TSHIImash and NASA (Lindon Johnson Space Center, Langley scientific and research center) took place in SINP MSU on July 30-31, 2014.
