Main Results

The series of the experimental research of the characteristics of the decay through the proton channel of the highly excited giant dipole resonance (GDR) states for the number of light and medium nuclei has been carried out at first time using the developed method of the multichannel photoproton energy spectra meassurement. The data obtained from the one point of view allowed to one at first time to explain the features of nuclei decay through the proton and neutron channels using the conception of GDR isospin splitting, but from another point of view - forced to formulate the question on the boundary of this concept using. The series of the detailed investigations of the number of nuclei photodisintegration has been carried out. The methods based on the mathematical method of reduction have been developed for the joint analysis of various experiments results obtained under the significant systematic uncertainties. The problem of reliability ofthe GDR structure parameters determination has been investigated indetailes on the base of the joint analysis of reaction cross section data obtained in the great number of experiments. The reaction cross sections including the number of once that have not been investigated before experimentally have been evaluated. The number of GDR decay channels have not been studied before was investigated and used for obtaining of the new physical results. The light nuclei GDR configurational splitting has been studied at first time on the base of data for lithium nuclei. The new treatment for the medium nuclei GDR isospin splitting interpretation has been developed on the base of the data for copper nuclei. The photonuclear data bank has been developed at the MSU SINP Centre for Photonuclear Experiments Data (Centr Dannykh Fotozdernykh Experimentov - CDFE) using the international IAEA Nuclear Data Centres cooperation, the new advanced relational nuclear spectroscopy data base NESSY which has no analogs in the world has been developed, the WWW-site has been organized http://cdfe.sinp.msu.ru/ on which the number of various nuclear data available for users permanently are put on.
